All-inclusive Key Stage 2 residentials from £30
YHA's latest range of "Learn 4 Real" Key Stage 2 residentials is available from just £30 for two days. Courses offer all-inclusive activity breaks delivered entirely by on-site staff at selected centres throughout England and Wales.
Teachers can take a back seat whilst specially-trained YHA employees guide visiting pupils through a series of tried and tested educational sessions, closely-linked to key National Curriculum areas.
All course costs include: an overnight stay, all meals, free planning visits, free leader places (1:10), all activities, free school membership of YHA, access to all facilities, and alternative activities for wet weather.

Outdoor Adventure Challenge
Activities may include: pupils crossing crocodile swamps and minefields, crawling through a giant spiders web, shooting a longbow, learning to walk the plank (without drowning) and taking on the great photo-orienteering challenge.

History - Invaders and Settlers
Activities may include: pupils learning to fire a longbow, taking part in an archaeological dig, building a Roman siege engine, solving a Saxon Rune Puzzle, storming a Norman Castle, defending a Celtic fortress or being conscripted into the Roman army by a Centurion.

Geography - Contrasting Locality
Activities may include: pupils panning for local minerals, a trip underground, role-play, fossil hunting and a search for an earthquake. Through survey work and exploration of the village and the surrounding area, pupils discover the link between the landscape, the geology and the growth of the settlement as a contrasting UK locality.
